In this course, students will learn about healing foods as a tool that launches a total health transformation. The vibrational healing properties of foods will be explored. This course offers direct experience with the preparation of nutritional sources that can decrease Inflammation, alkalize the body by balancing pH, eliminate toxins, and heal and nurture the whole body. This course prepares students to guide others to choose and prepare foods for optimal health.
*Complete all three course levels to and become a certified in nutritional healing.
Level 1: First Class Session Summary
Four bright eyed students showed up for the first in history, Nutritional healing class at the Quantum School of Holistic Health on January 20, 2014. This course is designed to help students learn about healing foods as a tool that launches a total health transformation.
The vibrational healing properties of foods are explored in each class. Students get direct experience with the preparation of nutritional sources that can decrease inflammation, alkalize the body by balancing pH, eliminate toxins, and heal and nurture the whole body. Students will also be prepared to guide others to choose and prepare food for optimal health.
On day one, the students got a course overview and a lesson on anatomy and physiology of the digestive system. They got to test their pH, and had homework of 5 days of testing. Then the students enjoyed creating sauerkraut together joyfully! See the smiles on their faces! The cabbage was prepared, and will be ready for eating by Saturday’s class. How exciting!
Level 1: 2nd Class Session Summary
On day two, students learned how to prepare fresh sesame milk from scratch. Mmm, delicious! See the milk moustache?
