Open House @ Kilohana Campus

On Sunday, April 12, the Quantum Institute held its a very special Open House and its first Qi Cohort at the Campus “Kilohana Square” at The Wellness Center Hawaii located in Kapahulu. Today, three very beautiful human beings have taken another step forward into the world of healing and have graduated from the Personal and Professional Development Course offered by the Quantum Institute International for Holistic Health.

Founder, Karen “Lucky” Thornton, opened the day and introduced the Quantum Healing course, having the room actively engage into her presentation and recite the ideation, “Energy is information!”

“We don’t have the time in our busy lives to meditate in the mountains. We need to awaken now to make a difference,” Lucky said. This is what the Quantum School of Holistic Health is for, to give students the needed tools and guide them along their journey of awakening and healing themselves and others.

As the Quantum Institute offers an HHP (Holistic Health Practitioner) certification, Lucky holds her own interpretation of the acronym. At the Quantum Institute, graduating with an HHP certifies that you are a promoter of health, happiness and peace.

Recent Quantum Institute graduate, Julie P., gave us a sneak peek on how to activate our intuition and telepathic skills. Julie had opened the doors to a realm beyond our physical world and introduced the class to an anomaly present in today’s world: the Indigo Phenomenon.

“It is important that we observe children, for they are our highest masters: always present and living in the now. We need to live like this again.” Julie said. After engaging the attendees with a telepathy exercise, many people approached Julie, excited about the class and expressing an interest in her presentation.

Amanda W., another recent graduate, shared her passion for nutrition and introduced herself as the teacher for the Quantum Institute’s Nutritional Healing course. Through a transformational diet change, Amanda was able to heal herself and wishes to help others incorporate a lifestyle that is conscious of thoughts, energy and love. “Listen to your bodies!” professed Amanda.

We were also graced with food and refreshments provided and curated by Amanda, including blood oranges, homemade energy bars and hummus!

Jonathan F., the teacher of the Personal and Professional Development course at the Quantum Institute inspired the class to become an instrument that activates energy personally and professionally. Jonathan challenged the attendees to be miracle workers of their own heart and to wake up to what we are.

Vicky H., another recent graduate, was moved by Jonathan’s course and encouraged the attendees to “market yourself.” Vicky shared her experience with the Quantum Institute and stated that it her time there was a “very secure and loving place to be.” Through learning how to heal others, Vicky was able to heal herself and shifted onto an unexpected path that has furthered her emotionally and spiritually.

A student, Cali G., spoke of her experience with the holistic massage school, sharing that during her time learning, she has learned how to trust herself and feels that she has taken one step further into knowing herself.

"This school will teach more than massage school. When you heal others, you heal yourself." Cali said. "The school has reminded me of things I've felt as a kid and gave me the confidence I felt when I was a child."

The Quantum Institute's Reiki master, Maureen O., closed the open house and healed a few of our guests to tranquillity, reporting to feel "amazing" and "replenished" after merely placing her hands on them. Maureen replenishes what is lost from the body due to stress, fatigue and other physical problems.

"You build a relationship with energy. Before Reiki, you are thirsty. After having a session, it is like having a tall glass of water," Maureen said.
